V10 - Headphone Output issues

Hello,

maybe someone faced this issue or has a solution/answer for it:

No matter what Headphone Channel (A or B) i use, I cannot get any sound out of it!

- Yes: Poti is set on "cue", not "master"

- Firmware 1.12 installed

- Factory reset done

- used different Headphones

 

Somone got an advice?  Thanks

Did you solve this mate, just had same thing happen, tried eveything but mad how both have gone at same time if they are meant to be on different circuits?? Tried flashing 1.2 and back to 1.3, factory reset etc Can only be a hardware issue now???

Can pioneer mods/techs offer any advice if they read this???
