Ddj rb headphones not working

I have recently bought the ddj rb.everything its ok but i cant hear the song that i want to play in my headphones..the headphones are not working at all ..PLEASE HELP!

The other possibility is the output is not configured properly -- if the above doesn't resolve your issue, please post a screenshot of your audio settings from within rekordbox.
