I have a crackling sound over my speakers coming from my XDJ RX Controller is there anyone who can tell me more about this please or do I have to send it in for repair somewhere

Sorry just to add to my above question The problem seems worse when I turn the mic to on

Does it happen even if you don't have a microphone connected?
