Autoplay issues on XDJ RX2

I purchased an XDJ RX2 a few months ago and even though I have changed the Autoplay setting to OFF on my menu, my RX2 keeps automatically playing the songs I load...any suggestions on how to fix this function?

If I can't, I'm planning to take it to a Service Center on Tuesday.

turn on the auto cue by long-pressing the small button on the left-hand side of the display ;)

Activar Auto Cue.
