Cue buttons

I have the DJ SB2 controller for a year working great. Now when I use it when I cue up a song with the channel down the song plays through my speakers anyway. This has never happened before.

Virtual DJ 8. Running on windows 10.

Chances are you haven't configured the audio device properly; make sure you're using the ASIO drivers and set it to output the headphones to the second pair of outputs (3&4, if labeled as such).

Should it read. Outputs: master.. Pioneer DJ DDJ_SB2ASIO (ASIO).. DDJ-SB2 MASTER L&R
Outputs: headphones..Pioneer DJ DDJ_SB2ASIO (ASIO)..
DDJ-SB2 PHONES L&R

Yes, that looks correct.

Is the software mixer being controlled properly by the hardware? When you lower the channel fader on the SB2, does it also lower the channel fader in the software?
