Rekordbox crash issue on DDJ-RB controller

I'm having an issue usually about an hour into a recorded mix on my DDJ-RB where it will freeze/crash. I seemed to notice that is was common when mixing from my sub files that I'd create for my set....are those files easily corrupted? and would it be better to just make my setlist in iTunes since those playlists seem to play alright?

The source of the playlist wouldn't be an issue -- but it may be worth checking to see if the files themselves are corrupted or otherwise damaged. There are some tools in this article you may want to try.
