DDJ SX2 Jog wheels wont scratch

I have recently upgraded to Serato DJ Pro 2.1.1. Everything worked perfectly for about a week. Then a few days ago the jog wheels would not scratch while the music is actively playing. If the music is stopped then the jog wheels will scratch but not while the music is playing not sure if it's the upgrade, the DDJ or my Dell 2018 laptop?

Try toggling VINYL MODE by pressing SHIFT+SLIP.

Do you mean press SHIFT on the controller and SLIP?
