DDJ-RB transition

Hi,

My DDJ-RB deck has been working fine for a while, but now the transition button does not work.

When I am playing 2 songs they will play together no matter what side the transition is on. But when I go on to check my visual deck on screen, it shows that the transition is moving.

Can you help with this???
