DDJ-SR2 driver wont install.

Installed Serato Pro that came with my unit, but won't install the driver. Driver downloaded but after i click my language, click agree to software license agreement, and click install an error keeps popping up. I have windows 10, Intel core i3-4170T, 64-bit operating system with 6gb RAM

Do you have the SR2 connected when you're trying to install? If so, disconnect it, reboot your computer, then try installing and connect the SR2 after the installation has completed.

Didn't work either. "Install Failed (002)"

That usually occurs if you have the hardware connected or there was an installation in process that hung. Maybe check the control panel > applications to see if you can uninstall the drivers.

Hello, I'm having the same issues. Can't find a way around getting my controller to connect.

@Jessie > Drivers are available here.

If you have macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or newer, use the 4.0.1 driver.
If you have macOS 10.14 (Mojave), use the 2.1.0 driver.
If you're on an older OS, I'm sorry - it's no longer supported.

Should you have issues installing, please verify that the software is being allowed to install - open the System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy to see if the installation is being blocked; if so, click to allow.
