Volume fader on B deck not working DDJ-RR

Mixer has been working fine until about 2 weeks ago when it started doing this

This is what happens when I smoothly move the volume fader up and down. Leads to some very abrupt volume changes. I just got the firmware and driver update in my email and it did not change anything. I need a quick fix or a replacement as soon as possible. Thanks.

Are you using the controller with an external power supply or just USB power?

I've only ever used the USB power supply, I dont think I have the power adapter still. Do you happen to know what type of power adapter it needs? I'll give it a shot.
