Rekordbox making duplicate folders during sync

I'm having an issue where I move a client playlist folder into another playlist folder on my library drive but when I go to sync to my dj drive the folder is duplicated: it shows up in the new location but remains in the old location. I can't find anything in preferences to fix this and it's worked fine in the past...
