DDJ-SB3 RCA issue on left side

has anyone had an issue where only 1 RCA out is working?  I have troubleshooted the wires, amp and speakers.  I have it narrowed down to the controller.  Any suggestions to resolve it or is it a warranty issue?

It's possible (but unfortunate) that the hardware could be faulty, but I would first check with another computer just to be sure. Sometimes a computer may not provide adequate power over the USB port to the device causing it to behave erratically or in an unexpected manner for audio, the onboard lighting, or control functions.

Thanks for the reply. Its definitely the controller, my laptop is brand new and past the specs for serato.  I wasnt sure if there was some setting to look at in either serato or the controller.  I submitted a ticket and i am waiting to hear from the warranty group.

@Nathan > Yeah, that ticket is now in my inbox. ;)

Brand new or not, there are still many new computers which don't have decent USB chipsets. I'd like to ask you to try another computer please.

i just tried another computer and it still failed.  I can hear R & L in my headphones but only one side on the output.

@Nathan > One last thing to check -- when you were troubleshooting the RCA cables, did you swap only one side of the cable or both?

yes, swapped the cables for new cables.  I also unplugged and plugged each in individually.  thats how i found that the output was only coming from 1 rca

I also tried swapping out the USB cable as well with a brand new one.  Still has the same problem
