NO AUDIO WHEN CONNECTING DDJ SB3 TO PC

HI just got a DDJ SB3 if I open serato lite I get audio as soon as I connect the dj controller all sound mutes.

all drivers are ok as this is a on a windows 10 fresh install if I unplug the controller the sound returns ive tried connecting through rca outputs but still no sound tried different windows 10 pc and different laptop but still no audio any ideas

Have you verified that the channel gains and master volume are up?

I have the same problem. Everything lights up. I can even hear music in my headset. However, I have no audio that comes from my speakers from my computer (USB audio)
