Are you using the auto-loop function or are you manually looping?

Loop problem on rekordbox
When I loop a song on deck 1 on rekkordbox and try to sync with song on deck 2,the songs will match till the end of the loop and end up not matching as if they have different bpm even if I press beat sync ,it’s almost as if they have different bpm
