Restore playlist from USB keeping files in itunes location

I manage my library on itunes. But my SSD broke. I reinstalled my system and want to know some way to sync my playlists saved on my USB flash drive and my itunes library files? about 1500 tracks!

You can re-import the songs from your flash drive and copy the music as well, but the problem is that they won't be in the same folder structure as they were before, so iTunes would need to have the music re-imported, and you'd need to remove the old duplicates (which would then be un-linked from their files - DO NOT TRY AND RELOCATE THEM!)
