DDJ 400 problem Channel level

Buenas tarde mi saludo a Pioneer por tener buenos productos hace poco adquirí una controladora DDJ-400 la cual funcionaba normal pero de pronto empezó a parpadear en el lado de channel level y sin funcionar nada

Sorry to hear about that - please try using a different USB cable or a different USB port to see if that resolves the issue.
