I noticed today that when I backed up my library on my laptop and put it on my desktop to make some lighting changes, the custom light settings from my laptop did not carry over with the library backup. The desktop version is showing all defaults while the laptop still shows all custom edits. Is there a way to migrate the light settings?
The same mp3s are used in both locations as the files are shared on Google Drive. I am using Rekordbox 6.
No, sorry - the lighting data is stored separate of the database / music. In order to transfer that over to another computer, you need to manually copy the following:
Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Pioneer/rekordbox/LightingDB (folder)
PC: C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Pioneer\rekordbox\LightingDB (folder)
