MsLighting MH LED3641Z does not work light RGBW.

MsLighting MH LED3641Z does not work light GBW. Pan/Tilt is working. I noticed that in order to work it is necessary to set the value 255 in channel 5. Otherwise, work only Red. (Value 0 in channel 5). Is it possible to fix this?
