Laptop does not work when connected to DJM-S11

Unable to search library on laptop using djm-s11 I just purchased the djm-s11. I installed all software and drivers. The S11 works I can see my library on the screen but I am not able to use my laptop at all. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

Probably that the drivers were not allowed through security when installed. Please follow the guide here starting on page 8 to uninstall and reinstall.

If you're not using a Mac, please let us know.
