Pioneer DDJ SRT 1000 Clipping

I have noticed a clipping noise coming from the pioneer DDJ SRT 1000 recently. The controller operates as normal however there is continuous sound clipping throughout every set / gig.

I recorded a mix some months back and it was producing these clipping noise. Took it to a club in Friday and it gave out awful sound to the venue system which I normally use a DJM 900 (always crystal sound).

Next day I used the SRT1000 through a professional sound tech desk and the clipping sound was again there (we ran continues checks for an hour; changing XLR cables, went through booth and aux master - clipping always there) - it is coming from internally not hardware outputs.

My settings have never changed since purchasing in 2019 - can you explain this?

My denon box, s9, clubkit sound performance is absolutely perfect, just the SRT produces this.
