DDJ400 recordbox: il preascolto in cuffia è sempre con il master: è difettoso il controller?

Have you verified that the audio configuration is correct in the rekordbox audio preferences?

And on the DDJ, have you either de-selected the MASTER CUE button, or turned the headphone mix knob to the CUE side?
