Hi, I recently bought EFX1000 and I noticed that the jog wheel is unresponsive I open the unit and noticed that the encoder plate DEC2498 needs to be replaced but unfortunately this part is discontinued. Is anyone can help me to get this part? I don't mind if t's used. I think CDJ800 has the same encoder plate.thanks
Try an authorized service center or aftermarket for a part like that, or another used unit in good shape that may have an issue. Here is the link for service centers-
