No in a word, we have not tried this and wouldn't recommend it becasue of what could go wrong with changing out a DAC on a CDJ.

CDJ 2000 NXS2
Does anybody (Pioneer Offical?) know or has attempted transplanting the ESS Technologies DAC (ES9018) from a CDJ TOUR1 into a CDJ 2000NXS2? i.e. removing the Asahi Kasei DAC (AK4490EQ).
Sonically, would this upgrade the 2000?
