- Add possible change Genre/Color/Rating and othe tags into psouncloud playlists

- Add support Smartplaylists for Soundcloud and other streaming services

- Add please synchronization of playlists from streaming services, for example, if playlist/s were imported earlier, do not add new playlists of the same, but simply update them or do it even automatically

+ for supporting smart playlists for streaming services + possible manipulate files (copy, delete files/playlists, create playlists)

now the implementation of playlists is very weak in the rekordbox
