DJM-S11 - Feature Requests

DJM-S11 feature requests:

1. Adding a visual indication on the screen that shows when the FX are enabled for the Sampler.
2. Adding a shortcut of Shift + Touch on the bottom of the touchscreen to open a preselected favourite submenu for quick access (like Touch FX or Waveforms for example).
3. Adding a feature that allows holding down any of the FX buttons to momentarily go into that FX settings menu - Quick shortcut the same as when holding down the Smooth Echo button.
