DDJ-1000srt Cue lights not working Help

When I power up the the turntables all the light turn on, meaning it works. but after it loads up. the cue lights and play pause button light doesn't. B ut the lights do work because when I turn it on, all the lights turn on. Anyone know how to fix it. Please help. Thank you
