xdj 700,some functions not working

Hi.One of my xdj 700's has vinyl mode,master tempo & tempo shift are all stuck on & cannot be turned off/shifted by pressing the buttons.Is this a software fault or user error ?

Hey Will,

Sorry to hear that -- you could try re-flashing the firmware, but if that doesn't resolve it, then you may need to contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your XD inspected and/or repaired.
