Rekordbox 4.6.2 DDJ400 Headphone volume issues

Just updated Rekordbox to version 4.6.2. My headphone volume is very low. If I turn it down  it will go down but I cant get it high enough to hear it over my speakers. This wasn't an issue with Rekordbox 4.6.1. Is there a new setting or is this a bug?

Did you mean 6.4.2?

Look on the DDJ as well as the mixer panel within rekordbox and check to see if the headphone pan is set to one side or the other, likewise for the volume control.

It appears that my Logitech webcam software interferes with my recordbox software. If I close my Logitech webcam software the volume issue is fixed. The headphone/master mix knob does not work though.

@Maarten,

Check to see that the DDJ-400 is not assigned as the default audio device in the Windows sound settings.
