A warm mixer is perfectly normal.
Is it only the channel 2 phono that's not working? Have you tried the line input on that channel, or one of the PC inputs?

Djm-s9 right channel not picking up audio
Hi
I am having an issue with my mixer not getting audio into channel 2. I had recieved my turntables in today were in the process of setting them up. I had one channel playing and tried to switch to the next and once i did i noticed the tone arm was getting vibration. Once i noticed it i stopped it immediately then tried to adjust it. Then my right channel stopped working like it had stopped taking in any audio. Then i unplugged everthing amd checked the mixer and notice some heat at the bottom.
Does anyone know what could be wrong with my mixer

Yeah its not picking it up on the computer either. I played a song on the second channel through rekcordbox

And just to verify -- the channel trim is up / there's no filter enabled?

Yes. Its also not showing any lights on the channel

In that case, I'll direct you to contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired. If you're within 1yr of purchase, the repairs would be covered by warranty; be sure to include a copy of the purchase receipt in the box.
