More than likely the optical drive is trying to kick the disc or is out of alignment. You could send it to a repair site an have it checked out.

Pioneer CDJ 1000MK3 clicking sound
Hi all
I would be grateful for your advice please.
I have just bought a second hand CDJ 1000MK3.
For the first 30 seconds of every track, there is a double clicking sound every 5 or so seconds.

Please let me know if this is normal. Does it indicate a fault?
