double check that the file is named EXACLTY XDJRX3.UPD and not something like XDJRX3-1.UPD, you may have multiple copies of the file in your downloads folder so it may have added a number at end

XDJ-RX3 Firmware Update Isue
Hey everyone,
Trying to update from 1.11 to 1.13. Firmware file was unzipped and loaded to the root folder of an empty fat-32 flash drive.
After getting the rx3 into update mode. Once the flash drive was plugged in to USB1, nothing would happen.
Any help would be appreciated!

Interesting. I formatting from a windows vs my mac on a different flash drive and it worked.
