Have you considered that the 40th track might have an issue?
Look in the user's Documents\rekordbox folder for an export log to see why it stopped.

can't export from Rekordbox to usb more than 40 tracks
Hello, I try to export a playlist to usb and after copying 40 track (out of 300...) it says "an error ocurred while exporting" . Tried to move them one by one but can't have more than 40. I used 4 different usb sticks of 8, 16 or 32 GB. I tried once with a 32 GB SD card. It worked but only once, next time I tried to update the plylist it only got 40 tracks. Please, anyone any idea why this would be? I am using licensed Rekordbox 5.0

I did and yes, this was the problem.
It is weird though since it's a track like any other...

@corvin > It could be the total file path is longer than 256 characters or there's a non-latin character in the filename or metadata. Can you post the filename from the log here?
