DDJ FLX 4 / UNLOCKING REKORDBOX

I ususally use my DDJ 1000 and do not have a paid account for rekordbox.  My ddj flx 4 is not being recognized by the software and it saying that i need a paid account?  I am using windows 10.  Any helpful tips?

Is the USB cable connected to the port with the computer symbol and not the one with the plug symbol?

Does the unit illuminate when connected?

Does the DDJ appear in the Windows Device Manager?

Are you using rekordbox 6.6.7?

Are you in Performance mode?

If you open rekordbox > Preferences > Audio, does the FLX4 appear under Control Device Information at the bottom of the page?

new version of rekordbox fixed the problem.  Thank you
