Import data back from the USB to rekordbox
Hey Guys! I have a XDJ-RX3 and would like to know how can I update the hot cues and memory cues i set when playing, from the USB back to rekordbox.
I saw a post saying to right click the USB and then click Update Collection, but this button is deactivated for me.
Can you guys help me?

Yeah I filed an inquiry and i have been waiting for 10 days for a reply and nothing. You inform in the confirmation email itself that it takes a maximum of 2 days.
So this neglect is really frustrating, even more so coming from a company like Pioneer
