the green light has totally stopped working???
is it a big fix and will it cost much?

The green led light is off. You need to change it. It's only the light that is off. The play/pause button works fine.
Mine is 6 months now that stopped working in one of my players. Once it worked again but only for a few days and then off again.
I don't know how much it will cost to fix cause I never asked. However some ppl here have changed the led on their own.
However
I have changed the LED, its like $2 to replace if you think you can do it on your own If not, send it in for repair. Not too much more we can say being that we are ot allowed to discuss technical repair stuff on the forum, sorry
