Xdj R1 with ddj sp1 and virtual dj 8?

i have xdj r1 working with virtual dj 8. Can anyone tell me if i can use my contoller with ddj sp1 sub controller on virtual dj 8

As it's MIDI; yes. You can use any controller with VirtualDJ.

I can use them both at the same time? (Xdj for controling virtual dj and sp1 for effects and pads?)

Absolutely - because they're simple MIDI devices, you can map them however you want through the VDJ MIDI utility.
