CDJ rekordbox cannot read rekordbox files

'E:\Rekordbox\Halloween Mix\Assaf feat. Moscow Noir\UnknownAlbum'

This is one of the files that i set up with the rekordbox software and the rest of my tracks are set up in the same way

Once i plug my flashdrive with these files into the CDJs, I can scroll and see all of my tracks within the playlist tab organized and set up to my preferences but when i select a track to use it gives me the error reading:

'E-8302 (C658) Rekordbox cannot play track Media File has collapsed or unavailable'

Some specs of the flashdrive:

-128 GB

-reformatted to FAT32

Please let me know if there are any known solutions to this problem! Looking forward to using the fantastic hardware and software!

Hi Alex,

Have you managed to resolve this issue? It just started happening to my 4TB Hard Drive all of a sudden. the Strange thing is that sometimes the tracks load in link mode and sometimes I get the same error mode in link mode. I posted in another thread with the same issue and no response from anyone.

I switched from a 128gb flashdrive to a 64gb flashdrive
It works now although i don't know why
