Have to ask if reverse is on and if you can switch from cdj/vinyl?

Pioneer 850-K Not playing or ejecting CD's
I hit play and the buttons light up as if I'm in play mode but the cd doesn't play. I can use the jogwheel to skip through the songs and hear audio but whenever I hit play it does nothing. Also time doesn't show up for the tracks and I can't eject the cd without using the pin underneath the unit. I have tried to update the firmware but nothing worked.

Not in reverse but I'm unable to switch between cdj/vinyl mode. I can hear the disc spinning but it doesn't actually play. I have tried usb as well and nothing.
