Deativation Error code 6

Trying to deactivate my rekordbox and rmx effects for my laptop and desktop but I keep getting deactivation error code 6 I am sure i have entered in the correct email and pw.

Same issue here on activating license for 2th PC (Windows 10 both PCs, Rekordbox v. 4.2.2).
