Can A Member Of Pioneer Reply To My Open Inquiry Please...

I sent a question 9 days ago, with my latest reply now 3-4 days old... i have had no reply, and the case has been left open.

 

The issue is my USB crashing on random tracks. So i sent a Wetransfer.com ZIP of my USB contents as requested by Pioneer.

 

Hope someone can reply soon as i have been chasing up the problem for over a month now!

Your original ticket was posted Oct. 31st and solved by Nov. 2nd.

Your other ticket was created Nov. 5th (10 days ago) and the conversation has been constant. You provided your link on Friday (already Saturday in Japan), and it takes them some time to analyse the data. We appreciate your patience.
