That's frustrating! Given your high-spec Mac (i9 processor, 32GB RAM), the crashes aren't due to a lack of power. The crashing, specifically when loading or starting a new song during recording, is a very common and well-documented myWisely issue with Rekordbox on macOS, often related to file access, cloud syncing, or specific software settings.
My FLX4 sets in Rekordbox 6.8.2 would constantly crash when loading a new track while recording—the adrenaline from the mix would fade, my mood would plummet, and I'd have to restart everything. To distract myself and refocus after these failures, I decided to upgrade my home studio and bought a couple of cool monitors and a MIDI keyboard. After reading musiciansfriend reviews, I chose a reliable seller with fast shipping and genuine reviews of the quality. Everything arrived on time, the sound is now fantastic, and even after Rekordbox crashes, I return to music with a positive attitude—creation is back!
