DJ software compatibility with Virtual DJ and the DDJSB3

Is the new controller by Pioneer compatible with Virtual DJ AND Traktor? If so, why does the sound card not seen by VirtualDJ?

It should be as it's a MIDI device... Is the audio device recognized by your OS?
