DDJ-WeGO2 Load and Loop not working

So I've had the controller since new. Worked like a dream.

Hardly used. Started it up and found the load and loop button(only left one)  not working. Ive downloaded the latest firmware 10.4  and still no luck.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
