I use two LED club scanners (20W) from Showtec (# 41390) with RB Lighting in Performance mode. The mirrors are moving, but the lights are off. How can I activate it via the software? How to change individual DMX channels in RB to set this? I also have the same problem with other devices like Cameo Wookie or Cameo Storm FX. Again, the lights stay off. The DMX channels are set correctly, because a controller can control everything outside of RB.
Unfortunately scanners are not actually supported fixture types - I was hoping that perhaps they would recognize the function from the moving heads and respond accordingly, but until we include additional fixture support, your scanners won't necessarily work with rekordbox. (Although it's possible that another fixture profile matches and does provide the functionality needed to get them moving.)

Scanner, lasers, etc. are, unfortunately, not yet supported by RB-DMX1 even though the profiles exist for those specific fixtures. I'm confident that the team at Pioneer will implement support with a future release, but for now, they aren't able to function within a RB-DMX1 universe.

The Wookie and Storm won't work as they are FX-type units which, as @lostnthesound says, are not supported fixture types at this time.
Sorry, unfortunately I have not noticed that my request has been answered! I've tried all the fixtures and settings by now, but the scanners stay off. Only the mirrors move. I have no other choice than to use a separate controller. Moving heads and headlights work. Thanks for the answers! I hope there will be some updates in the future.

Yes of course! I tested all the fixture types for the scanners. The mover fixture types first. It doesn‘t work! My moving heads work without problems.
Hi, Its been a while since posting on here but I was wondering if scanners and rolls are supported yet by RB-DMX1 and if the gobos on moving heads work?
Not yet - watch the changelog details at the time of updates for that info.
