I've received several times the following note by support:
"Your request has been forwarded to the engineering team and added to the list for a future update.
Feature requests from the users are ___prioritized by number of requests___ and its development cost and determined if it will be implemented when development starts."
Posts have a "vote" button, so I'm guessing this is what support is referring to. Also note that accepted threads are closed by default (see https://forums.pioneerdj.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360018016343--meta-request-ability-to-add-comments-to-requests-waiting-in-engineering ).
However I believe this feature is not being used by the users as much as it should.
the vast majority of the requests have zero votes, so not even the interested person that made the request has voted for it (!).

Some ideas for improvements, in priority order:
A) Please describe the voting process on the header text on this forum. This is not even mentioned at the moment
B) please change the default sort order from "newest post" to a new default sort algorithm based on last modification, including votes.
*** note that "Recent activity" does NOT takes votes into account.
C) please merge votes of obviously duplicate threads. For example, all these threads are the same. Are the votes merged?

D) please reduce the text - or at least the font size - of the legal disclaimer text.
*** IMO Pioneer's point is crystal clear on the first few sentences - and this obscures the useful information there
