Add the way to reduce the fx time parameter to 1ms

Hello, I want you to add if possible the way to reduce the time fx parameter on Rekordbox to 1ms for echo for example. Now you can reduce to 10ms and up to 4s max and why block at 10ms and not at 1ms like in DJM? I know it's really simple to do that, so I'd be happy if you add or correct that!

EDIT: In DJM mixer you can reduce to 1ms so why not non rekordbox?
