Checked the Trim levels, can you control the track with the PLX? Check if set to Int or Rel? Installed the drivers for the S9, what OS?

s9 not playing audio signal
I have a brand new s9 out of the box using it with 2 plx 1000 I am using the latest version of serato DJ.
everything is setup as it should be i can see everything working in serato, the S9 looks like it is functioning properly but there is no audio signal light and no sound.
