XDJ-RX Freezes

I'm writing on behalf of a customer I have sold a XDJ-RX to in 2016.

I myself have noticed that this is a quite common problem for this machine as I have played on many differen ones and always had this problem.

After a while playing when selecting a track a buffering message that says "waiting" comes up and freezes the screen, resulting in that I need to restart the XDJ-RX.

Is there a solution for this? According the the customer the machine has been working well until latest firmware update.

This issue is common to low quality USB drives or audio files with corruption or other damage.

Is there a way to downgrade firmware updates?

Unfortunately not, it would require servicing for that.
