Error on ddj 400

I hooked it up yesterday and it worked fine. I turned my pc on today and keep getting load error check audio settings every time I try to cue a track. Any ideas???

Let us know if you are using the last driver and Rekordbox versions.

What are the audio settings configured within the rekordbox preferences? Can you take a screenshot and post it please?

The audio settings are at default. I unplugged everything and hooked it back up and it started to work for a few days. Not today it started again with the same audio error

"At default" doesn't mean anything, unfortunately, as that could be your internal audio device, etc.
