DDJSZ Not showing recording levels

I have tried to record a mix through my DDJ SZ2 with the latest update with Serato DJ.
When I click on record no levels show at all. I found that I have to turn all my levels to the full right in order for the levels to show.

Is this normal? Is there a way to fix this problem?

The levels are dependent on your channel levels; do you have the channel levels peaking around the 0dB mark?

yes they are and when I put all the levels in the middle still no signal when I press the record button no signal shows on the screen. Let me know if I can upload a video to show
